• Defined and executed Finance’s AI-ready data strategy, leading the investment and adoption of Snowflake as the foundational data warehouse for the CAO organization.
   
• Designed and launched a centralized Finance Snowflake data environment to support SOX-compliant reporting, audit readiness, and executive insights—replacing fragmented reporting and manual controls.
   
• Created the CAO BI Reporter role, establishing Finance-owned data ingestion, governance, and reporting accountability across platforms.
   
• Transformed SOX compliance and baseline reporting, automating controls and reducing manual effort by 1,000+ hours annually across Finance, Audit, and Compliance.
   
• Reduced reporting SLAs from 2+ weeks to 5 days, with 24-hour response standards, through intake triage, prioritization frameworks, and production-ready deployment pipelines.
